The most frequently used spray nozzle type across industries, the full cone spray pattern forms a conical shape that provides complete spray coverage. Hollow cone nozzles spray a thin ring of droplets as a conical perimeter with a hollow center, ideal for cooling, gas scrubbing, and dust control.

Air atomizing nozzles atomize fluids by combining liquid and compressed air/gas at low pressures to form a very fine spray. They can create either a fan or cone spray pattern depending on the design of the nozzle. There are two methods of mixing fluid and air: internal and external.

Flat spray nozzles produce small- to medium-sized drops forming a flat or sheet-type spray pattern that's typically used in manifolds and headers. The flat spray pattern is ideal for cleaning, rinsing, pressure washing, cooling, coating and surface preparation. Nozzle styles include threaded, flanged and quick-connect.

Hollow cone spray nozzles come in axial-flow designs, where the liquid flow comes straight down into the nozzle. They also come in tangential setups (sideways flow). Axial flow nozzles have fine and small droplet sizes allowing for better atomization of liquids, while tangential flow nozzles provide coarser droplets.
